Creamy Eggs Red Tomato Salad
Good morning, everyone. In the previous recipe, I had told about the properties of the tomato and other ingredients. Today, I'm still using the same ingredients, but with different cuisine method, representing my recipe.
I just repeat it again. Tomato is high water containing which will rehydrate our body's water loss. An egg is the source of protein which helps us to gain our body's muscles or rebuild new tissues. Besides that, I also use basil and rosemary in this recipe because they are rich in antioxidant. The salad below is the breakfast which I want sharing with you all this morning.
My recipe:
Tool Used:
Big bowl
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Red tomato
2 Tbsp thickened soy milk
Black pepper
Basil
Rosemary
Method:
Cut boiled eggs and tomato into pieces.
Mix egg and tomato together in the bowl.
Spread soy milk (amount depending on yourself) on your salad to make it creamy.
Seasoning basil, rosemary, and black pepper on your salad.
