Combination the Brown and Black Rice

Hello, everyone. Today, I try to combine the brown rice and black rice. Why? First, you need to know the black rice, it also called as purple rice or forbidden rice. The black rice is a powerful disease-fighting antioxidants, and it also contains dietary fibre, anti-inflammatory properties too. So, it has the ability to help stop the development of diabetes, cancer, heart disease and even weight gain. Thus, I combine the black rice with brown rice to let my daily meal being healthy.

I repeat it again.
The black rice have the below properties:
·        rich in antioxidants (anthocyanin)
·        protect heart (reducing LDL)
·        detoxify the body (cleanse the liver of harmful toxic)
·        improve digestive health (rich in fibre)
·        gluten free grain (naturally)
·        prevent diabetes (fibre helps slow down the absorption of the sugar in the blood)
·        prevent obesity (shut off the huger signals)
My recipe:
 
Tool used: Rice cooker or non-stick pan

Ingredients:
2 Brown rice : 1/2 black rice
Mushroom, seaweed
Salt, black pepper, cumin, rosemary
Water

For the rice cooker:
Adds all ingredients together and the amount of salt and pepper used depends on yourself. Then cook it.

For the non-stick pan: 
1. Adds mushroom, seaweed on the pan and cooks it for a few minutes. 
2. Then, adds cumin into and cooks until the smell of cumin coming out. 
3. Adds the washed brown rice into pan fried it with seasoning salt and black pepper. 
4. Later adding water to the pan and cooks until the rice ready to serve. 

Note: adding more water if no enough.
