Concentrated Chicken Source Pasta

This recipe is using chicken stock as one of the most favourable ingredients for giving the nice taste to the pasta.



Tool: Saucepan, blander, cooking pan

Ingredients:
2 Cup of pasta
1 Cup of chicken meat
Basil leaf

Chicken Sauce:
1 White onion
2 Cup of chicken stock
2 Tsp of soy sauce
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of dry basil
1 Tsp of black pepper
Cooking oil

Method:
Cooking the pasta until it softens.

Chicken Sauce:
While waiting, cut the onion into dices, then heat the pan with cooking oil and fry it for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and soy sauce and wait for it to steam.
Add salt, black pepper and dry basil in sauce mixture.
Next, blend the sauce until there are no small droplets in the sauce.

Finally, cook the pasta with the sauce until it concentrates.
Then, add the chicken meat and mix combine together.
Now you can serve the pasta.
