Cup Mashed Potato

Hello and good morning.
Today recipe's main ingredient is a mashed potato in a pastry cup with onion sauce and basil as its topping.



Tool: Muffin tins, pot, big bowl, saucepan, blender

Ingredients:
Pastry Cup Part:
48 pieces pastry sheet
1/2 tbsp butter

Mashed Potato Part:
4 Potatoes
1 cup Sausage meat
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tsp black pepper

Topping Sauce Part:
1 White onion
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1Tbsp Soy sauce
1/3 cup potato starch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
2 Cups water

Method:
Pastry Cup Part:
Spread butter on a sheet and cover with another sheet.
Put the sheet in the muffin tin.
Bake with 180 Celcius for 5 minutes.







Mashed Potato Part:
Peel the potatoes and cut into big dices.
Put them into a pot and fill with water until cover all of the potatoes.
Fry the sausage meat while waiting for the potato softens.
After the potato is ready, smash them until smooth and then mix combine with meat.
Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in mashed potato and stir to combine.

Topping Sauce Part:
Slice the onion while heating the saucepan over medium heat.
Add cooking oil and sliced onion in the saucepan and fry for a minute.
Pour in water and turn to high heat until boil.
Add in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper and stir the mixture to combine.
Next, add in the starch mixture with stirring the boiling sauce.
Finally, blend the sauce with the blender.

Cup Mashed Potato Part:
Pop 1/8 Cup mashed potato in a pastry cup.
Now, serve cup mashed potato with prepared sauce and then top basil on it.
