Homemade Takoyaki
Hello, everyone. New recipe is published which is a Japanese culture food, Takoyaki. In traditional, the Takoyaki is filled by octopus, but now Takoyaki is filled by many kind of fillings. Today, the ingredient which I'm using is fish and meat ball.

My recipe:
Ingredient:
Batter part:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
300 ml water
Salt, black pepper
Filling part:
Onion
3 Meatball
3 Fish ball
Chili sauce
Mayonnaise
Basil
Method:
Prepare batter with mixing flour, eggs, water and salt, black pepper together and well combining.
Cut the onion into small dice, and cut the fish and meat ball into quarter.
Brush the tokoyaki pan with cooking oil.
Then, put the minced onion into the hemisphere hole.
Pour batter in pan until cover all hole on the pan.
Quickly put the diced fish and meat ball in each hole.
Use a stick frying and making it into a ball shape by turning over it repeatedly.
Until the ball golden brown, serve in a bow.
After that, top it with chili sauce, mayonnaise and basil.
