Mixed Veggies Meat Rolls
Hello, everyone. This morning I have a good mood and so I try to make the rolls which inside it contains veggies and meat. The important method is choosing the veggies which can be the way to make your rolls easy shaping or rolling, not too soft until the inner filling spread out. So, I use cabbage and bean sprout. Next is minced meat, you need to make meat taste nice. How? Just mixing with dry basil, soy sauce, onion, and pepper.
Ingredients:
8 Pastries
2 eggs
1 cup ground meat
1/2 Onion
2 kind of veggies (cabbage leaf soft part and bean sprout)
1/2 Tbsp dry basil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Cooking oil
Salt, black pepper
Method:
Filling Part:
Beat eggs until the egg yolk and egg white mixing together.
Then, pan-fry it with just make a thin layer of egg sheet on the pan (8 sheets).
Mince the onion in small dice.
Mix the minced meat with dry basil, soy sauce, minced onion, and pepper.
Roll Part:
Put an egg sheet on the pastry first, then lay cabbage and bean sprout on it.
Next, lay the meat ingredient layer on the veggies, and then roll them into the pastry.
Grease the cooking oil on the pan and fry the pastry rolls to shape it.
Finally, bake them until golden brown in 190 Celsius degree for 10 minutes.
* Temperature and baking time can be modified.
Serve it with seasoning salt, and pepper, also dipping sauces (soy sauce)
* May try others dipping sauces.
